AVG TuneUp is a piece of software designed to optimize PC systems through sufficient and advanced maintenance.

One useful component of the software is the TuneUp Disk Cleaner. This small piece of software cleans unnecessary data from files associated with more than 150 other apps. When activated, it will delete cached files, chat logs, history logs, and more. The new Live Optimization function works in real-time to prevent apps that use lots of resources from hampering the focal app. The new Browser Cleaner scrubs your browser much better than merely clearing the history would do. It removes cookies and all other traces of activity. You can use Browser Cleaner with Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Opera web browsers.
